Ofor OPV (Oral Polio Vaccine)
Hfor Hepatitis B vaccine
for Pentavalent vaccine (D, P, T, Hib, Hep-B)
Pfor PCV (Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine)
Ifor IPV ((Inactivated Polio Vaccine)
Rfor RVV (Rotavirus vaccine)
MR for MR vaccine (Measles–Rubella)
Jfor JE vaccine (Japanese Encephalitis)
Dfor DPT (diphtheria–pertussis–tetanus)
Tfor Td (Tetanus–diphtheria)
A for Vitamin-A
2. A cue to remember that JE is a part of NIS only in endemic districts:

6, 10 and 14th Week ages

9 – 12 months: Last quarter of the First year, child has become naughty

• Measles-Rubella, PCV-Booster, Vit-A, JE, IPV-3 (fIPV)
• JE – In selected districts

16 – 24 Months: Second half of the 2nd year: Plays with dogs

MR, DPT – 1st Booster, OPV – Booster, JE (in selected districts)

5 – 6 years: Enters formal school! Mnemonic: DisciPlined Teaching
