Clinical Grading of Pallor

Mild: Conjunctival pallor and/or of tongue
Moderate: Conjunctival pallor and/or of tongue + palmer pallor
Severe: Conjunctival pallor and/or of tongue + palmer pallor + pallor of palmar creases.
